what is the procedure of taking admission in any good private college in bangalore or hyderabad? wt is the eligibilty criteria?aieee rank?

i am very much confused this time actually. i am not able to understand what to do. Can i get good college either private or government in bangalore or hyderabad or near them? my aieee marks for 2012 exam are 55 i think. so can i get admission in such marks in any good institue for doing b.tech?
