What is the procedure of taking admission in the USA in community colleges after passing class 12th from India?

Hi Syed, Admission in a community college is easier than a university. You must take the TOEFL or IELTS and of course complete class 12th. But since you have a green card you need not submit TOEFL scores. Apart from these, you must show the financial proof. As a green card holder, you will be eligible for in-state tuition fee which can be around 75% cheaper. You should check the college websites for more information on admission requirements. There are many colleges where all green card holders will be considered as international students for admission purposes, only the fee will be less perhaps.
