What is the procedure of taking transfer from college to private university in 3rd year?

I got debarred in 5th semester(b.tech) in UPTU , so to save my year can I take admission in some private uiversity in 3rd year after taking migration from UPTU.

    Friend,
    Changing college is possible, but a very difficult task.
    but this happen only in the college having affiliated from same university.
    any how changing in 1 year is essay, but not in other corresponding years
    For changing college first you need check availability of seat in your liked college along with permission to be allowed to do so .
    and If it's present then be ready to pay total amount of 4 years, in the college, from where you are leaving along with permission latter form university it affiliated .
    the complete task take Nealy 1 month time duration.
