What is the procedure of taking transfer from college to private university in 3rd year?

I got debarred in 5th semester(b.tech) in UPTU , so to save my year can I take admission in some private uiversity in 3rd year after taking migration from UPTU.

Friend, Changing college is possible, but a very difficult task. but this happen only in the college having affiliated from same university. any how changing in 1 year is essay, but not in other corresponding years For changing college first you need check availability of seat in your liked colle
