What is the procedure to apply for B.Sc microbiology at Assam University?

I contacted the university and got the information that the university does not offer B.Sc microbiology course at any of its campuses. However, the university offers M.Sc and Ph.D in microbiology.
Also, two Universities are offering the same course in Assam, here is the list.
