What is the procedure to apply for CPL having not done 12th?

Since, you have completed diploma and pursuing engineering degree, you are eligible for CPL. First, you have to apply for SPL (Students Pilot License) and you have to join training academy. After completion of training, you can apply for PPL, and you have to attain flying hours from flying clubs. After attaining 250 flying hours, you can apply for CPL.
