What is the procedure to apply for PG course in civil engineering in US?

I am in final year of B.Tech (civil engineering) in Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. I got 7.81 CGPA in 10th and 84.5% in 12th and I am student of Nepal.
