To become a group A officer in CBI, you must choose Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC and become an IPS officer. To be eligible for becoming an ASI in CBI one should hold a Bachelor of any stream. The candidate must have attained the age of 20 years on 1st July of the year of examination and must not have attained 27 years of age on that date.
