2) Maximum age limit to become a judge is 40 years, 35 years, 32 years and 30 years varies from state to state.

The procedure for becoming a judge takes place through a state level examination. For example, In Uttar Pradesh, it's Provincial Civil Services (Judicial) exam conducted by the Public Service Commission which requires you to have a valid law degree and also a licence of practice by the Bar Council.

2. After completing law, start practising as a lawyer and after some years apply for HJS exam. It provides you with an opportunity to become an Additional District Judge. After that, you will be getting promotions in the light your work and contribution as a judge. -

If you want directly select yourself in a judiciary. Apply for a JMFC after llb graduate and. You have to cleared in first attempt all the subject with 50% and you have to give JMFC entrance and you will selected for interview after that you got training in terms of 3 months duration.
