What is the procedure to become a Judge ?
I am PGDBA from Symbiosis. I am doing business in Jammu.Please tell me after doing LLB what is the procedure to become a JUDGE? Is it require practice in the court or direct exam can be given?

Hi Ankur, in order to become a judge or magistrate in the Judicial system in India, one needs to have a minimum qualification of law degree (LLB). Normally one needs a fair amount of experience as a lawyer in order to be appointed as a Judge. Recruitment to the State Judicial Services is made thro
