What is the procedure to become SAP/FICO consultant for a SAP FICO fresher?

I completed my B.com in2004 except one subject.It was completed in 2008.During the 4years period I done ajob at finance com.Currently I'm working as a SAP FI/COenduser. Now I'd like to turn my career into SAP FI/COconsultant.Will I get the opportunity as fresher in this field?Pl. give process for it

pl feel free to new process . complete your mba regular full time from university near to you. regular mba have more value than distance education . how ever you wants to continue with job pl continue same work and do mba by distance education sure it will be helpfull with sap knowledge as good ma
