    When there is a tie between aspirants who have secured the same rank, the procedure to break the tie is as follows:

    First, the tie is broken by considering the marks scored by the aspirants in the written examination. If one of the aspirants has scored higher marks in the written examination, they are given priority over the other aspirants.
