What is the procedure to do a B.Tech after a Diploma?

Hello, If you have completed Diploma with minimum 50% marks have merit in University Entrance Exam (Q-CARE) or State Level Entrance Exams its score will be given preference. To take admission in Quantum University- First - fill up the application form online/offline and register your name, Second - take the entrance exam (Q-Care), Third- verify your documents.

Hello, It is very nice to know you are in tension to do graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in engineering. All the states in India allow Diploma holders to seek admission directly in the second year of four year engineering degree course. This is called as lateral admission process. You can apply through this process and get admission to an engineering college. Details of the process are available on the website of the directorate of technical education of your state. Alternatively, you can appear for entrance exams conducted like JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to get admission in IIT which consider Diploma as equivalent to 12th standard. Many deemed universities also consider a Diploma as equivalent to 12 and allow students to appear for their entrance exams. If for some reason you cannot pursue studies for three or four years and are required to start working somewhere then you can think of doing it, i.e which is equivalent to graduation in engineering.
