what is the procedure to get a lecturarship job in govt. engineering colleges such as NIT,IITS or state govt. colleges??

Also all prospective teachers must participate in professional fieldwork, often included in education degree programs

In my opinion for getting a job for a teacher in engineering colleges minimum qualification is M.Tech. Usually Phd will get more weightage. But some new engineering colleges are taking B.Tech also for contract jobs.
