What is the procedure to get a transfer from B.Com (H) to B.Com (P) in SOL?

I have passed my B.Com (H) 1st-year exams but one subject remains unclear in SOL Delhi University and now I want to transfer my course to B.Com pass 2nd year. Can you please tell me the procedure of conversion?

You can definitely ask in the office for the purpose. If the department and the head of the department allows you for the same, you can do, considering your back paper in mind.
