It's very nice to know dreams of studying abroad. But unfortunately, Indian diplomas in engineering are not accepted abroad. Hence you will get admission abroad based on your marks of 12th. However, there are many nuances. I will therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for undergraduate courses.
