    I am a student of ICFAI University, Dehradun. The eligibility for B.Tech (lateral entry) is either you have completed the Diploma course or you are in the last year of Diploma with 50-55% aggregate in any one of the following branches:
    Civil Engineering
    Computer Science and Engineering
    Electrical and Electronics Engineering
    Electronics and Communication Engineering
    Mechanical Engineering
    Mechatronics
    Mining Engineering

    Yes, one can get a lateral entry in B.Tech civil engineering in ICFAI University, Dehradun. One has to follow the procedure firstly of one's own college and then after going to ICFAI, one has to firstly approve the documents in the office. After the confirmation and verifying everything correctly, deposit the fees and one will be eligible for lateral entry. Then you can get admission.
