What is the procedure to get admission for PhD abroad after doing M.Sc. physics in India?

You have to prepare a research proposal and apply with IELTS marks, then you can get admission. Alternatively, you can do 1 year research degree like M.Res or M.Phil, then you can pursue Ph.D.
