Register and Apply
Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with the required information.
Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in B.Arch, portfolio and work experience.
Candidates with relevant work experience will need to appear for two interviews. The second panel will judge on the basis of professional projects role of the applicant and individual contribution, originality of work or any other abilities.
Final Selection:
Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in B.Arch, portfolio, work experience, personal interview, interview work experience
Selection parameters and weightage:
B.Arch. Degree - 20%
Portfolio - 25%
Work Experience - 15% (Three marks are assigned for every six months of experience)
Interview - 25% +15%d on marks obtained in B.Arch. and their work experience.
Scholarships:
SPAA Merit cum Mean Scholarship (SPAA-MCM)
Candidates opting for Masters and Bachelors Programs of Faculty of Planning, CEPT University can apply for this scholarship
Maximum of Rs. 50,000/- (or as decided by the Committee) benefit will be given to per awardee.
Eligibility:
A) Merit Criterion:
For newly selected candidates (Batch of Masters in Urban and Regional Planning):
The merit list of the admission committee of FP will be considered.
For existing candidates (Masters in Urban and Regional Planning & Bachelor of Planning):
The scholarship would depend on their academic performance during the preceding academic semester (i.e. minimum 65% marks or equivalent in the previous semesters exams as cumulative).
B) Means Criterion: Candidates whose parental (both together /spouse) annual gross income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 6,50,000/- (Rs. Six Lacs and Fifty Thousands only) in the financial year 2015-16 (the assessment year 2016-17) are eligible to apply for merit-cum-means
scholarship.
C) Other Criteria
The candidate should not be receiving any other scholarship i.e. TFW / GOG / GOI / NGO (Loan, prize not included).
