What is the procedure to get admission in a government college? I have got 20 marks in JEE Mains 2017.
I have got PWD OBC rank 758 in JEE Mains 2017.

Your rank is too low and you cannot expect government colleges. You have to score minimum 250 marks in JEE Mains and Advanced.
