What is the procedure to get admission in aeronautical engineering by lateral entry? I have completed my Diploma in E&E in Karnataka.

I am afraid your dream of getting admission via lateral mode in IIT Madras needs a little amendment. IIT's do not give lateral admission but accept diploma as equivalent to class 12th and give admission. Hence, if you have scored 75% or more in your Diploma then you can appear for JEE Mains and then JEE advanced for admission.
