What is the procedure to get admission in Germany for MS in civil engineering?

You need to do IELTS and obtain minimum 6.5 band over all and minimum 6 band in all components. You can apply directly to university online. However, as you are new to the procedures it is better to contact some education consultants, who can process your application to get your admission and visa.
