What is the procedure to get admission in M.tech?

Asked about PSGCT Coimbatore - M.Tech. in Information Technology

Completed B.E electronics and communication engineering. I didn't appear for any exam like GATE/TANCET etc.

    There are a number of top colleges of M.Tech spread all across India in the private and public sectors. These colleges offer full-time, part-time and correspondence courses for M.Tech.
    There is always another side of the coin, just we have to believe in our-self. Some students do not score good marks in GATE to have admissions in IITs and NITs. Such candidates always remain in sort of confusion about choosing Universities/Colleges other than IITs and NITs or Govt colleges.     Hello Divya,
    Yes you will be able to get admission in MTech in any of the branch. Generally for MTech we need Gate score card but many private universities conduct their own entrance exam or they have some other eligibility criteria.
    There are many private universities which has its own Entrance Examination or other Eligibility Criteria like Chandigarh university(CU), CU conduct its own Entrance Examination like CUCET and also provide scholarship to those students who has scored good marks in it.     For M Tech, Gate is recommended but it is not mandatory. University has its own criterion for such admissions.
