Firstly you need to do IELTS or TOFEL as per requirement.
Then you can apply to various foreign universities.
Also keep track of various indian universities as lovely professional university, osmania university which offers twinning arrangement by which you can do you half of the studies in India a

A minimum of 50% in your in HSC and good score in IELTS / TOEFL / GRE / GMAT etc based on your field. A good amount to pay fee. SOP etc.
