What is the procedure to get direct admission in 2nd year in universities of US,UK and Australia?

I am in my first year of Engineering (telecom) from MU.Can I get a direct admission to 3rd/2nd year engineering from Singapore/US/UK/Aus ? If yes, what are the qualifying exams I should give ? And what are scores that I should get to get into a respectable univ ? And what should be my grades ?
