What is the procedure to get individual year marks memos of graduation from OU as i lost all individual memos even xerox copies except CMM

Sir,i lost all my individual mark memos and their xerox copies of my degree which i need most for applying universities in foreign as i have CMM with me,kindly suggest me the process of getting those memos from OU pls help me out thanks in advance
