The best and secure approach to find a better job, you must crack the GATE exam, all PSU as well as core companies recruit directly on GATE score.

You need to improve communication skills and try to make mastery in any one field , you also prepare for some aptitude like maths , reasoning , English and GK or current affairs this help to clear written test
