What is the procedure to get permanent residency in Germany?

Hi Vinit,
To be a permanent resident in Germany you must have lived in the country for five uninterrupted years, you must check with the embassy for the time frame and updates. After eight years or so you can apply for German citizenship. If you are planning to study, probably that is a better way
