What is the procedure to get PR abroad after 10th? I am in 9th grade currently and I belong to a middle class.
I want to pursue my further studies abroad.

It is possible. Just apply for some college aboard online. But it is good to study in our own country till 12th standard. But after complete class 10th, you don't have that much of maturity to decide about your future or career and studies in a foreign country is very difficult. There is a tremendous scope after class 12th for your Bachelor's and Master's degree aboard.
