What is the procedure to get scholarship for foreign education in UK?

I have recently been promoted to class 11th. I am interested in science and want to do BSc, MSc and PhD from Cambridge, Oxford or any other well-known university.

Universities offer schorlarships as great schorlarships for certain courses which you have to in University website or search as Great schorlarships. You can also try IELTS schorlaship of 3 lakhs against tuition fees.
