What is the procedure to practise as a dentist in Europe?

My Sister is a Registered Dentist (BDS), in India, who runs her own clinic. She is gona get married to a person residing in Europe. What exam should she get through, to be a registered Dentist in Europe and to practise in Europe. Will her working experience count, if she dosent take up the exam?
