What is the procedure to pursue B.Sc from DU as I scored 86.7% in class 12th (PCM) and dropped a year?

Which are the best colleges to take admission on my PCM percentage and PCM with English. My percentage is 87.8%. Which is the best college for me B.Sc with computer science and B.Sc with PCM is B.Sc with computer science.

This year, may be cut-off will be down as CBSE will not give grace marks to any student. You can also go for that courses which cut-off is low such as B.Sc in mathematical science.

Apply in Delhi University through entrance exam because with this marks, you won't get good colleges. Good luck.
