What is the procedure to pursue Diploma in engineering after doing 10th?

Post SSC (10th standard) one can pursue 3 years Diploma in Engineering. Post completion of Diploma once can secure admission directly into the 2nd year of BE (Engineering)
post 12th (HSC) one can secure admission into BE (4-year engineering course).
