    What is is you question, I don't clearly get? But, if you have to do M.Tech, you have to first finish your Bachelor's degree in engineering in any stream. Then, according to your stream, you have multiple field in branch.

    If you're willing to do it from India, then go for GATE exam. This exam will help you to a grab a seat in one of the prestigious institutions all over India.
