What is the procedure to pursue MBA from ESB, Germany? I have 4 years of work experience in steel industry of quality department.

Hi Sumit,
The procedure is online. You must also submit your documents to the university via post. Very good English language skills must be demonstrated. So, take the IELTS. GMAT or GRE is not required. You may check here for more details:
