What is the procedure to pursue MBA in IT after completing MBA in human resources and marketing?

There is no harm in doing a job along with MBA. But in my view, the best is if you do a job for 1-2 years and then go for MBA as it will make more sense as then you will have the basic understanding of market and corporate culture.
