To pursue MBBS in India, you should have done 12th with at least 45%-60% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as your subjects. Then, you will have to appear for exams like NEET, AIIMS, etc. and score marks according to the cut-off of your category to confirm your admission.

Other than the respective entrances of AIIMS & JIPMER for all other colleges, you need to appear for NEET UG. For AIIMS & JIPMER, score requisite is enough to get seat. For rest of the other colleges, with your score, you will be getting different counselling held separately. All India Quota for 15% of seats. State Quota for the rest. For the non-government ones, they have more counselling's of their own, if seats go vacant. You need to appear the respective counselling for the admission. All the entrances have their own respective eligibility guidelines to be met.
