What is the procedure to pursue merchant navy? Is there any entrance exam to qualify? Which are the best colleges?

If u can score 70% in phy, chem and mathematics then there is an entrance exam conducted for Noddle Officer Post through entrance exams..
U can also go through NDA and there are a few posts in entrance exam is not been taken but except that all posts are through entrance exam..
