DAAD recommended process for seeking admission in German Universities for MS is as follows:
Step 1: October-November
(a)Collect general information from the DAAD, internet and brochures.
(b)Attend information sessions at the DAAD closer to you! We have our offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumb

There is no min percentage defined but generally very high score is required.
