What is the procedure to take admission for B.Sc biotechnology in different colleges? I have done my 12th with 86%.

This is a very good option to take. I would suggest you to google some colleges which provide B.Sc Biotech and find out the admission requirements. It is generally an entrance based field. Happy going.
