    You can check the website of the universities in which you are interested, or you can do it from IGNOU. Don't worry, age doesn't matter for pursuing PG program. All the best.

    Dear Reema, it doesn't make any difference. If you have already completed your graduation, then you can surely seek admission in PG. Just check with the university, if they conduct any entrance exam for the PG course. You may or may not be asked by the university to provide a gap certificate for the gap in education.
    I hope, this would suffice.
