Dear Devdeep, MBA programmes are designed for applicants with good amount of work experience. If you want to study in a good university and increase your career prospects please work for two to three years before applying for an MBA. Canadian universities are also quite selective and competitive.

Yes dear, you would require both GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL. GRE can also be taken instead of GMAT. Some schools in Europe do not require GMAT but check post-graduation employability from these universities.
