    The programme deals with theoretical and practical background in all the areas of criminalistics which demonstrates proficiencies in laboratory skills like forensic molecular biology, forensic chemistry and toxicology. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam):
    Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.     Hi Pranav, Admissions for B.Sc. Forensic Science is open for 2020 batch in most of the universities, through online mode. Recently I got my brother's admission done at LPU. LPU is one of the leading university for B.Sc. Forensic Sciences. I have gone through their curriculum and I must appreciate that they have the latest topic embeded.     Dear Pranav, The eligibility for B.Sc. Forensic Science is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent. One of my known is in LPU in the same course. Reviews are pretty good. But you need to be wise. Take your decision by yourself. She told me the Forensic Science domain promises to create a research and placement oriented environment. The department regularly works on student research projects with novel ideas of applied value.     The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for B.Sc. Forensic Science is to pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST.     If you have studied PCM/PCB, then you can do B.Sc. Forensic Science. The basic criterion of eligibility is (10+2) or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Math as main subjects and a min score of 55%. Admission In reputed institutes is usually through entrance exam where as in other institutes you can take direct admission. I am enlisting a few good colleges which are doing really well in this field and are known for their quality education and better placements. Top colleges are:

    B.Sc. In Forensic Sciences: Admission Process:
    Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance at the 10+2 level. Institutes offering the course admit students based on whether they meet the minimum, set cut- off scores at the 10+2 level. A few institutes however, shortlist students based on their performance in an additional entrance test conducted at their own level. Regards.
