    60%  in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non Medical)  or B.Sc (Non- medical)/ B.Sc (Computer  Science) or equivalent + LPUNEST

    Imp:- 1. For B.Tech (CSE) and B.Tech (IT)
    BCA will also be considered

    2. For B.Tech (Civil Engg)
    Diploma in Architectural Assistantship will also be considered
                                           
    3. For B.Tech (Biotech), B.Tech. (Biomedical Engg.)

    No, as you will complete your Diploma, which is of 3 years, then you will move directly to the second year. So, you don't need to give any exam. You will directly move towards 3rd semester of B.Tech. Hope, so this may help you.

    To take lateral entry admisson in B.Tech program one has to meet the following requirement-

    Should have pass with minimum 60% aggregate marks in Diploma(Engg.)(any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (non medical)or B.Sc (non medical) or B.Sc (Computer Science) or BCA or equivalent subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

    OR

    Pass with 90% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.)(any stream ) 3 years after 10th or 2 years after 10+2 (Non Medical ) or B.SC (Non Medical ) or B.SC (Computer Science ) or BCA or equivalent.

    (5% relaxation in North East State and Sikkim Candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependants or wards of Kashmiri Migran
