    Hi Ankush, you have to first register and create an account on SAT's official website https://www.collegeboard.org/
    You will find examination dates, syllabus, fee information, test centers in India and elsewhere and every other information regarding SAT on this website only. The test is held several times a year. In the 2017-18 and 2018-19 school years, the SAT will be available internationally in October, December, March, and May.
