What is the procedure to transfer from deemed university to Anna University?

I am pursuing B.Tech (Mechanical engineering) in a deemed university.

Hi, Generally, transfer is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. Transfer from one university to another university is not possible. It would be advisable to contact the officials of both the universities for updated norms as transfer procedur
