What is the process for admission to the 2nd year of the B.Sc. program at Solan Government College?

For taking admission in the second year, you must have a transfer Certificate from a recognized university. And you cant change your subject on transferring to another college you need to pursue the same subject of study. In some colleges, there is a condition that you must have scored really well like more than 9 SGPA to guest admission.
