What is the process for BE admissions after Diploma in Maharashtra?

After Diploma in engineering with 45% or more than 45% marks, you can take admission directly in 2nd year (lateral entry) in BE. -
Hi,
The candidate should be an Indian national and atleast he should be qualified from 50% marks and 15% admissions by central allotment process.
