What is the process of admission after I clear my IIHM eCHAT?

Those appearing in Class 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in E-CHAT followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates to be held in all major cities of the country. Group discussion and interview of eCHAT 2018 admission process will be listed in IIHM eCHAT 2018 Merit List. The Merit List will be prepared based on the marks scored in accordance with their ranks. Candidates will be called for counseling and seat allotment on the basis of eCHAT Merit List. The counseling is tentatively scheduled for the last week of June/first week of July. IIHM eCHAT Counselling will be conducted by Indian Institute of Hotel Management for admissions to hotel management courses Programmes into which candidates can secure admissions on the basis of their IIHM eCHAT scores are: BA in Hospitality Management Advanced Diploma in International Hospitality Administration B.Sc in Hotel Management, Catering & Tourism

Hello, International Institute of Hotel Management electronic Common Admission Test is conducted by IIHM, Kolkata which was formed way back in 1998. Today it has eight campuses including one in Bangkok. It follows a rigorous process for entrance wherein a computer-based entrance exam is held across many centres in India. It tests comprehension of candidates across logic, language, psychology, numbers, etc. the results are announced immediately. After this, prospective students are called for an interview. After the interviews are over, common merit list is announced and each candidate gets informed about the same. Students are expected to join the desired campus based on the choices made while filling up application form for examination. Once you reach the place, pay the fee and get admitted in that particular campus. This, in a nutshell, is the admission process after clearing eCHAT.
