what is the process of admission,and is there any relaxation for sc candidate like scholarship or fee fefund(as some part)

you can not find any scholarship or any fees concession in private institute , but you can apply after admission in private institute , you can get form from that institute after that you can apply for govt scholarship. whenever govt send scholarship amount then you can get it as scholarship
