It would be better to say that when a student receives their marks, it is the 20% weightage of the internal marks from Asian School of Business and 80 % weightage of the student's performance in CCSU university exams. These two are combined and the final grade of the student is calculated. It takes about 2-3 months for the external exam results to be released.

Asian School of Business (ASB), Noida follows a 10-point grading system to calculate CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average). The CGPA is calculated by taking the sum of the products of the credit weightage of each course and the grade point obtained in that course, divided by the sum of the credit weightage of all the courses. For example, if a student has taken five courses in a semester with the following grade points and credit weightage:
Course 1: Grade Point - 8, Credit Weightage - 4
Course 2: Grade Point - 9, Credit Weightage - 3
Course 3: Grade Point - 7, Credit Weightage - 3
Course 4: Grade Point - 10, Credit Weightage - 2
Course 5:...more
